If you’ve received a defective product and would like to return or exchange it,
The following terms and conditions apply to the return procedure-
- Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We might request you to share snapshots at azyah.co@gmail.com.
- Our representative will get in touch with you for the same.
Once the return is approved, the customer can self-ship the products within 48 hours.

- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The item should be returned with the original packaging and tags. Items without tags will strictly not be accepted.
- Only after our team performs the Quality Check of the garment, and the garment is found to be in proper condition, the amount will be fully refunded.
- If the customer wants to exchange the product for sizing reasons or any other reason, shipping charges for returns and exchange will be borne by the customer, however, items on sale will not be applicable for returns.
- Shipping Charges and COD charges shall be non-refundable.
- All refunds will be made in 6-10 working days by our payment gateway as soon as we receive the products at our warehouse, and have passed the quality check!
Azyah.co reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
