We try and make sure that: 

• The product is made to Order and ready to ship in 5-7 business days.
• Free shipping is available on all products, for all orders.
• A customer representative might call you for a small advance fee to confirm your order. (This is done to negate fake COD orders and last-minute order cancellations.)
• We offer a Cash on Delivery option all over India. 

Despite taking precautions, there may be certain hiccups to the otherwise smooth procedure.

In such a scenario, the company will ensure that communication of the delay or any applicable refund will be made reasonably to the customer.
